You agree that by using this website, you are accepting to abide by all the terms within this contract. You also agree that any purchase you make while using our services is governed by local and jurisdictive laws. You are responsible for following any guidelines associated with the purchase and use of the products.

Online Shopping

We take pride in presenting our products in an accurate and appealing light. While we do our best to make sure that the images on your computer screen are as life-like as possible, there may be some occasions where the images presented are somewhat different than they appear onscreen. This is due to how your computer screen displays color. Because we have no control over your personal screen settings, we cannot be held accountable for the images seen on the computer being an exact replica of the actual product. Therefore, if the color of the product is a concern for you, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss the exact color of the product in detail.

Validated Payment Policy

All credit and debit cards may undergo validation and authorization checks on occasion from the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize a payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in your product delivery. In order to help prevent fraudulent charges, any orders made to us will undergo validation checks to ensure that the name, address, and other billing information is correct and does indeed belong to the card holder. We may hire a third-party creditor to complete these security checks. By using our website, you are granting us permission to perform such checks when you order a product. In some circumstances, we may need to contact you personally in order to verify your personal details before we can process your order. We may contact you via email, telephone or certified letter. These measures are taken in order to protect you from fraudulent use of your billing information. All information collected from you will be held to the highest level of security.

If any of the products that you purchase from us are damaged or faulty, please return the item to us along with a copy of the delivery note or call our customer service line to help facilitate a return of your purchase or a refund. Our return/refund policy does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse by you the customer.

You may also return the product if you change your mind about it, as long as it is within 30 days of the date you received it. In this instance, the item must be in its original packaging and exactly the way that you received it. Please contact our customer service team to receive a return number, tell us the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Except in instances of the product being faulty upon delivery, custom made or personalized items cannot be returned. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order at any time, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If for some reason we are unable to deliver your product within the originally quoted timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and no fees will be incurred. Once a cancellation of the order has been accepted, we will refund the purchase price. If the order has already been dispatched and is being shipped by a special delivery service not provided by us, you will be responsible for the delivery fees. It is your duty to take care to return the unwanted goods in the same condition that they were shipped. We cannot accept used or opened items that are sent back for a cancelled order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department.

Lost Packages

While we take care to make sure all of our packages are shipped via an insured courier, sometimes packages may be lost or delayed. In these instances, please allow 10 days from the date of purchase for the package to arrive before contacting us. If we have not been contacted regarding a lost package within 30 days of dispatch, you are no longer able to file a claim and we will be unable to help you further.
